The Lainox company was founded in 1981 in Vittorio Veneto, Treviso in Italy. From the start, it specialised in the design and production of equipment for professional food service, especially mixed ovens. It immediately set itself apart with its strong entrepreneurial spirit and quality innovations. Constant research and obsessive attention to new food service trends led Lainox to develop products that not only meet customers’ needs but anticipate them.
Avem Quirks partners with Lainox as the company has always focused on research and development. As a result, it has succeeded in being the first to bring products to market that have revolutionised the preparation and preservation of food - from the first convection oven in 1981, to the introduction of Oracle in 2019 - the first oven dedicated to high-speed cooking, to creating an integrated range of products such as the Naboo and Neo, that is dedicated to transforming fresh products and then blast chilling them.
Lainox has also implemented a 'Design for Environment (DFE) system that focuses on the environmental sustainability of the product throughout its life cycle.
