The new MIWE cube:steam enjoys the same excellent baking functions (and of course the same basic dimensions) as the MIWE cube:air convection oven, but also includes permanent steam technology with adjustable moisture levels, a highly recommended feature for all steam-related preparation and for greatly expanded gastronomic use. It also comes with up to 5 baking trays 60x40 or 4 GN longitudinal inserts (or a smaller GN size respectively).
