1. Check and record Min/Max (high/low) temperatures on arrival
2. Check and clean the condenser
3. Check and clean the evaporator
4. Check and clean around the compressor deck to ensure all dust is removed
5. Check and clean the condensate burn-off tray
6. Check the operation of the door (that there are no air gaps)
7. Check the condition of the door seals and clean them
8. Check evaporator drains and clean
9. Check that there is no rust or damage on the cabinet or shelves
10. Check the correct distribution of product
11. Check and clean fan motors and check bearings for any excessive noise
12. Check compressor is running satisfactorily
13. Check cabinet lights are working correctly
14. Check that there are no visible oil leaks
15. Check for excessive noise and vibrations

16. Test controllers for operation and correct display
17. Check the AQ Box temperature alarm function
18. Check the operation of the AUX product temperature alarm function
19. Test electrical connections for hot spots and run test the fridge
20. Replace the AQ Box battery and date
21. Replace LR44 battery in EMT88 Min/Max (if the unit has one)
22. Check the power failure alarm function
23. Check the vial and product simulation glycerine solution for damage or leaks
24. Check the AQ Box product probe (AQP2) against the certified calibrated reference thermometer
25. Check the AUX probe (third party data logger) against the certified calibrated reference thermometer
26. Check air temperature (digital thermostat) against the certified calibrated digital thermometer
27. Record the air temperature of the room where the fridge is operating in
28. Test and record compressor voltage and running AMPS
29. Test and tag the fridge
30. Affix service record sticker to the front door of the fridge
